The location of the infraction.2. Caleb Chapman: CA has a temp "sticker" that will allow you to drive it for repairs. You need to get insurance first, however.! Any DMV office can issue the sticker with proof of insurance and owne! rship.One caution though, the vehicle must be road-worthy. If you have no exhaust system at all, you're not road-worthy and will risk a ticket if you drive it even with the sticker.
