answers 0:I know this may seem like a silly question but I have 3 wisdom teeth and one of them really bothers me. I don't have the money or time to see a dentist. Is it possible for me to pull it or myself and if so, what tools do I need? Is there some way I can just file it down?answers 1:No, this damages your teethanswers 2:Not a good idea. You can fracture your jaw, paralyze your mouth and destroy your TM joint. REALLY BAD IDEAanswers 3:Most wisdom teeth don't even get through the gums, which is why people get general anesthesia (put asleep for the procedure) so is definitely not a good deal to try removing them yourself, I suggest you make some time and go try a county/state run clinic or a dental school for lower ratesanswers 4:Technically, yes, you can pull it out. Just don't expect to survive the procedure. If the p! ain won't kill you, the loss of blood could do that. Dentists usually put people under for a wisdom tooth extraction. And, while there is constant bleeding after ward, a dentist knows how to properly apply the materials that would minimize the bleeding. You might just have to deal with it until you either save up enough money to get it done or get good enough insurance to get it done. Whatever you do, do not pull out your wisdom tooth without a dentist. As for filing, if you can find a file that will fit in your mouth without you feeling uncomfortable, then get back to me on how that goes....answers 5:If you can do that, you are a way better man than I am!!Good luck!!answers 6:do not attempt to remove any of your teeth by yourself!. It's not a simple matter. there are nerve endings in some teeth if you damage them you'll end up much worse. Pay a visit to your dentistanswers 7:No you can't do anything with it yourself, but there are ways to get free dental treatment through d! ental schools.answers 8:Go to a free clinic,, a sliding scale ! clinic you can tell you where to go, a dental school or Remote Area Medical clinic if there is one in your area Yah, I guess it has been done before, but there might be complications and usually if a tooth hurts they like to put you on antibiotics before pulling it to calm things down and decrease the risk of infection
