Gaston Edgcomb: well i think on-line gambling should only be legal if some of the profit gained from people losing went to a charity or the community of a certain town where it originated. It's like what they do with casinos of certain places.

Coleen Carignan: I think online gambling shoudl be legal only if the operating casino is based in the united stat! es.Gambling is the third largest industry in the world and if we allowed online gambling, money from out country would pour out at tremendous rates to casinos based in other countries, and it wouldnt do the country any good at all
