Corey Rohleder: Blue moon is a good beer don't know if its north american though
Marvel Mcaulay: Everyone around here likes the standard usual. My grandparents drink nothing but Natural Light by the 18-pack of cans. Natural Ice, Bud Light, Bud Weiser, Occasionally I'll go to my friends house and see them drinking Pabst Blue Ribbon. That's about all I see around where I live but a lot of people from different towns drink other kinds. I live in Maine.
Burt Stoecklin: SmartAZ..... actually America has some of the best micro-breweries in the world. The thing is, beers in the US that are nationally advertised, like Bud, Miller and Coors are not that good, with the exception of Boston Lager. Boston Lager is a solid beer. But make no mistake about it... American beer is good, you just have to seek out the ones that are not advertised. For example... Anchor Porter Black Butte Porter Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Rogue Dead Guy Ale Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro Rogue Chocolate S! tout Pliny The Elder All great American made beers... but again, they're NOT advertised so most people have never heard of them....Show more
Donte Schoenhals: The best North American beers are always found in local craft breweries. You can sample them at either the brewery itself or at some locally owned establishments. While it is unlikely you'll find them at wal-mart or most local food chains, you will find many of them at liquor stores, even large one's like Spec's.
Carolynn Testani: Natty Daddy Beer. A 25 oz. can (8.0%) goes for 99 cents in some local supermarkets. http://greatbrewers.com/product/natty-daddy
Jayson Brod: There are - truly - thousands of beer brewed in North America (which, don't forget includes Mexico and Canada as well as the USA. Sadly around 90% of North American drinkers stick to rubbish beers like Labatt (Canada) Millers (USA) and Corona (Mexico).Only you can find out which beers you like most and that means trawling through ! the various liquor stores, looking for beers whose names you h! ave never heard of (good brewers don't need to advertise).Or check one of the many beer sites - see my link...Show more
Denna Prudente: All the American beers I have tried did not seem worth the effort to swallow them. Busch Bavarian is ok, but I'm drunk after three bottles. Mexican beers taste too much like grass to me. I just don't understand why anybody would pay for this stuff. Maybe this has something to do with it: http://i43.tinypic.com/nnktvt.jpg
