answers 0:I have major dental problems that need to be addressed. (like 3 exposed root canals) I'm just wondering, can that lead to an infection in my jawbones or travel to my nervous system? I've been having dizziness and a real stiff neck and stiff lower back.answers 1:Any infection in your teeth can lead to infections elsewhere- infections can spread to the heart, sinus region, brain, etc. Very serious and this needs attention right away! Meanwhile, it's possible that when your teeth hurt, you're holding your head at a slight angle or hunching your shoulders unconsciously.answers 2:See a chiropractor. Probably your arm problem is causing the muscles to knot. I had a frozen shoulder (caused by old shoulder injury -- I neglected to seek medical attention a! t the time) unfrozen by chiropractor but I'll always have a problem with that shoulder. Knots would develop in my back muscles because of the painful shoulder and when it gets really bad (I had 7 knots when I last saw him) it affects my neck as well as shoulder. After knots are released, pain goes away. I thought I'd have to spend the rest of my life suffering from this cycle of pain and visits to the chiropractor. But then something happened with my knee and the physical therapist the doctor sent me to, recommended exercise. Well, make a long story short, I joined the YMCA. It's like an adult playground, it's so much fun. I go in and do the exercise for my knee for 20 min. Then I go and do the row boat type weight machine (I don't know what you call it but it works on your arm
