Ewa Homrich: It is not healthy to go on any extreme diets. It could affects any of your major organs. You need to eat good nourishing foods in small to moderate amounts. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day. Take moderate amounts of exercise. Walking is a good basic one that really works. It's good for your heart too. If you insist on more, go to the Y or etc.
